Automation, built and run for small local businesses.

AI workflows, custom software, and managed operations support. Scoped in writing, priced monthly, measured against your own baseline.

The problem

The leak is not dramatic. That is why it survives.

It's 7:40 on a Thursday. The last job closed an hour ago, but the day isn't done: two estimates still need writing up, and a supplier invoice is sitting in a photo on someone's phone. The follow-up you meant to send Tuesday is still marked unread. None of it lost you a customer today. All of it, repeated for a year, is the leak.

You've been told the answer is AI. Almost nobody has it doing the work: in a May 2026 Ipsos survey for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, only 6% of small businesses had AI running an actual workflow. Most use it to draft the odd email.

That gap between what owners are sold and what actually runs is the work we take on.

What we do

Four lines of work, bought separately.

Every engagement is a monthly retainer. Each line below names the work that gets delivered, not a capability.

AI & workflow automation

Intake, follow-up, scheduling and reconciliation workflows, built into the tools you already run. Every automated message carries a consent record and an approval trail you can point to.

Custom software, web apps & dashboards

Client portals, internal tools and reporting built for your operation. A dashboard we ship reconciles to your ledger, because a chart that disagrees with your accountant is decoration.

Consulting

We map how work actually moves through your systems, find where it leaks between them, and put the fixes in a written scope with a fixed price before anything is built.

Managed services

We run what we build. Monitoring, upkeep, and a monthly report measured against the baseline we recorded from your own system before the first workflow went live.

Who this is for

Built for the way your work actually moves.

A generic page is invisible to a specialist. These three go deep enough to use your vocabulary.

Appliance repair

Warranty claims that come back short, parts that sit on the shelf, and techs whose day ends in paperwork.

Home services & trades

A full board, supply-house statements nobody reconciles, and the estimate follow-up that never went out.

See the home services & trades page

Professional services

Realization, lockup, and the non-billable hours your staff spends carrying files between systems.

What we won't tell you

A firm with no published case studies has two options: invent proof, or earn trust another way. This section is the other way.

No invented numbers

You will not find a made-up success statistic on this site, and you will not find a testimonial, because we have none we can verify yet. When a number appears here, its source is printed next to it.

No earnings claims

We will not project what you'll earn from automation, and we treat that refusal as a credential.

The FTC sued an AI sales vendor over exactly that genre of promise, with buyer losses of up to $250,000 (FTC, August 2025). In March 2026 the settlement permanently banned the company's owners from marketing business opportunities (FTC, March 2026).

No review gating

We will not screen your customers before asking them for a review, and we will not build software that does it quietly on your behalf.

No cold lists

We will not text a list that didn't ask to hear from you. Not a purchased one, and not your own old one either.

Automation is disclosed

When software writes to your customers, it says so. We will not pass automation off as a person, yours or ours.

The 20% holdout

Anything we claim credit for runs against a 20% holdout for 60 days. Holding out a fifth of the volume makes our results look smaller. It also makes them real.

How it works

What happens after you book.

Walk us through it

You show us how the work moves today. We look hard at the systems you already pay for before proposing anything new, because turning on what you own is sometimes the whole answer.

Get a scope in writing

What we'll build, what it costs, and the one metric each piece is measured on. We record your baseline from your own system before any work starts, so the before is on paper.

We build, you approve

Nothing reaches one of your customers without your approval and a consent record behind it. You see each workflow run before it takes over anything.

Read the numbers monthly

A monthly report against the recorded baseline. If a number moved, you see why. If it didn't, you see that too, in the same report.

Compliance

Built to the rules that govern this work.

Most vendors wave this section away. We think it decides whether the automation survives contact with the real world.

Consent and quiet hours

No automated message leaves without a consent record behind it, and nothing sends outside 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the recipient's local time. That window is federal rule (47 CFR § 64.1200) and New York statute (GBL § 399-z), and we enforce it in software with no override.

Disclosure

Automated conversations are identified as automated, up front. That commitment runs ahead of most state law, which is the direction the law is moving.

Recording

Where conversations are recorded, every party knows. The state consent lists disagree with each other, so we build to the strictest law that could apply, not the most convenient one.

Card data

Card numbers never enter our systems, a spreadsheet, or a note field. Payments stay inside your existing processor's tokenized vault, which is where PCI DSS puts them.

Reviews

We ask every customer once, unconditionally, or we don't ask. Filtering who gets asked breaks Google's policy and the FTC's Reviews Rule, and we won't build it.

Your data

Client data is processed for your engagement and never used to train shared models, and we carry that restriction into our vendor contracts.

Pricing

What it costs

Every client pays a monthly retainer; project work is priced separately, in writing, before it starts.

Retainers start at $597 USD per month, plus a one-time setup fee.
