Pricing
Every client is on a monthly retainer, published below. Project work is scoped and invoiced separately, so the monthly number never absorbs a build. 90-day initial term, then month-to-month. All prices in USD.

Two months free: pay for ten, get twelve. Renews at the same published annual rate.
Prices are exclusive of sales tax. For New York clients, sales tax is applied to the full charge, setup fee included.
For scale: a full-time receptionist in the New York metro costs $64,993 a year once payroll taxes and benefits are included (Bureau of Labor Statistics). Every tier above is a fraction of that.

Multi-location / Custom
Running more than one location, or an operation the three tiers don't describe? We scope it with you and price it in writing before anything starts.
01
What's included at every tier
The scope, spelled out. No feature bullets.
Onboarding done by us, not handed to you
Before anything turns on, we map your intake, phones, and follow-up, build the workflows, and configure the consent and quiet-hours rules. This is the work the setup fee pays for.
Workflows built, run, and adjusted
Your tier sets how many run at once. We build them, watch them, and change them when your operation changes; you are never left maintaining automation you didn't write.
Template approval, every time
You approve every message template before it can send, and that approval sits in an audit log you can read.
Consent records and quiet hours
Nothing sends without a consent record on file, and sending stays inside the quiet hours configured for your business.
A report written by a person
Monthly at every tier: what ran, what it produced, what we changed. Operations adds a monthly call; Command moves to bi-weekly calls and a quarterly review.
Support from the people who run your setup
Email and phone, answered by the team that built your workflows, not a ticket queue.
02
Project work
Invoiced separately from the retainer, always.
Paid discovery or an automation audit runs $1,500–$2,500, credited toward the build if you proceed within 30 days. A small automation or integration build: $1,500–$6,000. A marketing website: $6,500–$15,000. A website and automation launch together: $9,000–$18,000. A client portal or custom web app: $25,000–$75,000. A custom KPI dashboard: $9,000–$25,000. Out-of-scope work is billed at $185 an hour, and rush work adds 35%.
Small projects are invoiced half on signing, half on delivery. From $5,000 to $25,000, payment is 40% on signing, 30% at midpoint approval, and 30% at launch. Over $25,000: 30% on signing, 25% at design approval, 25% when the build is complete, and 20% at launch. Invoices are Net 15 with a 1.5% monthly late fee. Every milestone includes two revision rounds; further rounds are hourly. Change orders are agreed in writing before the work starts, and the kill fee is 15% of the remaining balance.
03
What's not included
Named here so it never surprises you on an invoice.
Ad spend
What you put behind campaigns is your budget, separate from the retainer.
Third-party software licences
Your CRM seat, your phone system, your accounting software stay on your bill, at the vendor's price.
Hardware
Phones, tablets, routers, card readers. We don't resell equipment.
Carrier fees
What the phone carriers charge to deliver messages is passed through, not marked up.
Content production beyond scope
Photography, video shoots, and long-form writing outside the workflows we run are project work, quoted separately.
04
Overage and out-of-scope rates
- SMS overage
- $0.03 per SMS segment, at every tier
- Out-of-scope work
- $185 per hour, quoted before we start
05
Terms, in plain language
The same rules the contract states, without the contract's vocabulary.
90 days, then month-to-month
The initial term is 90 days. It exists to protect the onboarding work. After it, the retainer runs month-to-month.
Billed monthly, in advance
Your tier's monthly price is charged at the start of each period and renews automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
Email support@corveonic.com with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fee, no penalty, no escalator.
Annual prepay
Two months free: pay for ten months, get twelve. Offered, never required. Plans renew at the same published annual rate, and we email you at least 30 days before renewal with the date and the amount.
If you cancel a prepaid year part-way
We refund the whole months you have not used, recalculated at the standard monthly rate, so the discount doesn't carry over but the unused months come back. The detail is in the refund policy.
Refund and cancellation policyCurrency and tax
All prices are in USD and exclusive of sales tax. For New York clients, sales tax is applied to the full charge, the setup fee included.
06
The setup fee
Setup is one-time work: mapping your systems, building the workflows, configuring the consent and quiet-hours rules. The fee is refundable in full until onboarding work begins — your kickoff call, or our written notice that work has started. Once work has begun, it is not refunded. It buys a piece of work, not a period of service.
How refunds and cancellation work07
The awkward questions
Asked by real prospects, answered without a script.
Why a setup fee when others charge nothing?
Because onboarding is real work: mapping your systems, building the workflows, configuring the consent and quiet-hours rules. Vendors that charge $0 hand you a login and wish you luck.
Can I just buy the dashboard?
Not on its own today — the platform is built and tuned during onboarding, so it ships as part of a retainer. If you want the dashboard without the managed service, tell us; we're looking at offering it standalone.
What if it doesn't work?
The initial term is 90 days, not a year. After it you're month-to-month and can cancel with 30 days' notice, so staying is a decision you re-make every month, not one you made once.
If I prepay a year and want out, do I lose the money?
No. We refund the months you haven't used, recalculated at the standard monthly rate. The discount was for staying the year, so it doesn't carry over, but the unused months come back. The 90-day initial term still applies, and the setup fee isn't refunded once the work it covers has been delivered.
The full ruleYou're more expensive than Podium.
Compare the terms, not just the sticker. Birdeye’s own published terms carry a 90-day cancellation notice and an 8% fee increase at every auto-renewal (Birdeye's published Terms of Service, verified 2026-08-05). Ours: a 90-day initial term, then month-to-month, cancellation with 30 days’ notice, and no escalator. And if you prepay a year and leave early, we refund the unused months at the standard monthly rate, so the discount never becomes a lock.
What happens if we outgrow a tier?
You move up. The tiers differ in scope, not in contract: after the initial term you're month-to-month, so changing tiers is a conversation about what to run next, not a renegotiation of a contract year.
Who owns the work?
You own your data and the deliverables built to your specifications. We keep the platform and the tooling underneath it. The split is written out in the terms.
Terms of serviceWhy is the invoice itemised?
So you can see what you're paying for: the platform, the managed work, and any project milestones appear as their own lines. In New York, sales tax applies to the full charge either way.
How do I know the AI won't say something wrong?
You approve every template before it sends, there's an audit log of that approval, and nothing sends without a consent record.
